My air conditioning went out on a Sunday.  Robert at Imagine That Air Conditioning installed the unit 15 months prior.  With the pandemic, I wasn't at all sure he was still in business. I called his number that Sunday and it did ring through so I hung up with the plan to call him the following morning.  Low and behold, Robert called me about an hour later.  He asked me the circumstances of the A/C unit, came by a couple of hours later and quickly (within 10 minutes) had my A/C unit up and running. I was so thankful that he was able to assess and fix the unit so quickly, especially considering it had been in the high 90s for several days.  He didn't charge me as the unit was still under warranty. I was so thankful for his quick response and resolution.  Thanks again Robert.

March 2020 - Service with Integrity. Robert & his crew did an awesome job and went out of their way to do an amazing job. We even ran into an electrical snag & Robert called in one of his fellow tradesman to sort it out that very evening. This young man and his network have helped restore my faith in customer service. July 2022 - Contacted Robert last night that my AC was out and he was out first thing this morning, replaced my capacitor and has my system up and running.
